Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad, former Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), officially launched a nationwide anti-corruption campaign titled “No Bribe. Clean Vibes.” on 4th July 2025 at Saito University College.
The campaign, an initiative led by Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad in his capacity as President of Amlac Academy, aims to build a generation that is ethically grounded and resistant to corruption. He stated that the campaign reflects his commitment to leaving a legacy in combating corruption through education and youth empowerment. “The best way for us to combat corruption is to spread awareness to the youth,” said Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad. “They are our future leaders. We must equip them with anti-corruption knowledge because once they enter the workforce, whether in the corporates, public service or enforcement, they too can be exposed to corruption risks.”
The launch event was also graced by Associate Professor Lim Tou Boon, Deputy Vice Chancellor II of Saito University College, who delivered the welcome remarks. He expressed the university’s support for the campaign and commended Amlac Academy for spearheading efforts to instil integrity and accountability among the younger generation. Also supporting the campaign were Datuk Izani Wan Ishak, former Director of the Governance Investigation Division at MACC, and Dato’ Zairol Hisham Abu Bakar, formerly with the Bank Negara Malaysia and Chief Operating Officer of the National Revenue Recovery Enforcement Team (NRRET), both of whom have played key roles in Malaysia’s anti-corruption and enforcement landscape.
The campaign featured a Law & Order awareness series, where Tan Sri Dzulkifli will visit universities and colleges nationwide to engage students in dialogue on anti-money laundering and anti-corruption. As part of the initiative, Amlac Academy is inviting higher education institutions, especially those offering programmes in law, business, finance, governance, and enforcement to collaborate and host the “No Bribe. Clean Vibes.” campaign on their campuses. Institutions interested in bringing this campaign to their students are encouraged to contact Amlac Academy for collaboration opportunities.
