Visitors grabbed bargains in travelling packages and won travel vouchers in lucky draw
Known as the only “Malaysia’s Premier Fair” that showcases exhaustive choices of travel and holiday packages, the Johor Chapter organised the first ever MATTA Fair at the newly opened, themed mall – Capital City in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
This time around, the Johor Chapter managed to get 4 State Tourism Organisations – Tourism Johor, Tourism Melaka, Tourism Perak and Kuala Lumpur Tourism Bureau to join the exhibition with additional 1 National Tourist Organisation from Taiwan Tourism Bureau KL Office along with 29 travel agencies. 7 theme parks, hotels and resorts and 11 other travel related services also joined in and a total of 150 booths were available for spectators to browse around at the Capital City Expo Hall.
2 major lucky draws, comprising of visitors and purchasers with a grand total value of RM88,888.00 was also held. At every purchase of RM500, visitors stood a chance to win travel vouchers and there were also visitors’ ‘Daily Lucky Draw’ prizes such as air tickets courtesy of Malaysia Airlines while the purchasers and visitors’ Grand lucky draw winners will be drawn on the 4th of August 2029 at 10pm.
The next MATTA Fair would be held in Batu Pahat in July at the Summit from 27th to 28th and the final fair would return again in August at Capital City Mall, from the 2nd to 4th August, 2019.
