Malaysia’s football titan Johor Darul Ta’zim football club celebrates its winning of the Super League title for the 12th consecutive season with a fireworks display and a record-breaking drone show under the ‘JDT Realm of 12’ celebration at its home turf, Sultan Ibrahim Stadium, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Tunku Mahkota Ismail Sultan Ibrahim, the Regent of Johor and the owner of JDT, arrived with his consort, Che’ Puan Mahkota Khaleeda Johor.

Datuk Ab Ghani Hassan, President of the Malaysian Football League (MFL), officiated the Super League trophy presentation ceremony, which was also attended by Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi.

A total of 32,230 people packed the stadium to watch the celebration, which included the Royal Family and performances by international artists such as 50 Cent, Onefour, Big Ben, and dance groups Jabbawockeez.

The FanFest funfair, which ran throughout the day, added to the festivities with performances by local artists such as Ella, Cherpen, Orkes A. Hizadin, K.O.I, Def Jam Malaysia featuring Lil J and Killa Driz, SonaOne, Plague of Happiness and lucky draws.

The ‘JDT Realm of 12′ celebration was also broadcast live on a giant screen in the stadium’s FanFest area, as well as televised through the TV3 channel and livestreamed online on OfficialJohor’s YouTube channel.

The celebration has witnessed record-breaking performance under the ‘Most Drones Used in a Light Show’ in the Malaysia Book of Records, with a minimum of 2,000 drones illuminating the night during the club’s ‘Realm of 12’ championship celebration.

The event was held to honour Southern Tigers supporters, who are regarded as the team’s 12th player in JDT’s success during the 2025/2026 season.

JDT completed a quadruple the week before by winning the 2025/2026 Malaysia Cup for the fourth time in a row, defeating Kuching City FC 2-0 in the final at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil.

JDT’s Malaysia Cup victory capped a remarkable season in which the club won the Charity Shield, FA Cup, and its 12th consecutive Super League title, as well as setting a league record of 108 unbeaten games.
