And on that note, I look forward to meeting and working with our existing customers across the region, to help them advance their people priorities, and deliver an exceptional experience for them.”

“Joel has proven success in advancing international presence and footprint, consistently delivering strong sales results and building impactful relationships,” said Dan Davenport, CEO, Randstad RiseSmart. “Joel was one of the first hires we made and he’s done a phenomenal job for us building out our global operations center, launching the outplacement business, and quickly establishing RiseSmart as a leading HR solutions provider in India. He has extensive knowledge of the outplacement and coaching markets, which aligns with the critical needs of our customers in the region. I also want to thank our former APAC leader, Alison Hernandez, for her contributions and service. Alison built an incredible team here and she leaves RiseSmart to pursue personal endeavors. We all truly wish her all the best in her future.”
