Building on its popularity, LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort is delighted to bring back the SEA LIFE Underwater Dining Experience. Guests can enjoy a one-of-a-kind culinary journey surrounded by marine life within SEA LIFE Malaysia, as part of the resort’s exclusive premium offerings. Perfect for romantic evenings and family celebrations, the experience presents a distinctive dining setting against the backdrop of a vibrant underwater world.
The refreshed experience features a newly curated four-course menu designed to provide an elevated dining journey. Indulge in appetisers like the Black Forest Lux, glaze Smoked Chicken with Compressed Beet, Braised Freekeh, Salted Kalamata Olive, and Crema Fraiche. Followed by Roasted Asparagus Cream Soup Served with Smoked Butter, Sundried Roma Tomato, and Sweet Basil Pesto.
For the main course, guests may pick one of three: Chicken Ballotine with Spinach Stuffing, or Crusted Lamb Loin with Pomegranate Emulsion, or the Veal Wellington served with Duck Fat Potato Purée. No meal is complete without dessert. Enjoy Coconut Nuvolina, a coconut panna cotta served with Orange & Lime Gel with Chocolate Soil and Desiccated Coconut Flakes.
To improve visibility of the kaleidoscope of sea creatures and ensure a more comfortable dining experience, guests can now select from three distinct seating tiers, each offering different views of the aquarium:
- Tier 1: The iconic Ocean Tunnel and Ocean View.
- Tier 2: The Ocean Cave and Panoramic View.
- Tier 3: Crab Cove and Eel Encounter.
