It’s a complete bazaar experience when there are choices of fried noodles, fried rice and Kway Teow available

After two years of social distancing regulation, it is no surprise that the bazaar is filled with excitement and congested with people.

Thus, it’s always a pleasant experience for me when Pulai Springs Resort’s Buffet ala Bazaar 28 Days’ invitation came through because they have perfected the bazaar of family favourites’ concept with the nice hospitality of a resort. Over 200 dishes and 20 live cooking food stalls, the food choices flows from outdoor to indoor!

I had the hot, Sup Gearbox (lamb joints broth) with some soft slices of bread to break my fast, before indulging in their signature Kari Kambing 28 Hari ala Pulai with Nasi Arab that has the main three meat – lamb, beef and chicken – perfect combination that gives you tender meat pieces and bursts of flavour.

Cooling myself with generous sips of creamy, cooling coconut shake, I went ahead and treated myself to the Resort’s must have Mee Kolok that is served only for the buffet. Meanwhile, my friend, a fan of spicy and sour dish, was enjoying her bowl of Asam Pedas and Chinese style Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet with fluffy white rice.

The choices of fruit to balance our protein and carbs indulgence are laid out indoors, next to the isle of desserts like local kuihs and pastries. My friend paired the fruits with ice cold juice from the ‘air balang’ section and I had the cute Kuih Koci and Chocolate Éclairs with Teh Tarik to end our premium bazaar experience.

The buffet is priced at RM128nett per adult and RM64nett per child aged 4 to 12 years old. Bookings may be made until 20 April 2022.
