Paragon Market Place Announces Soft Opening On 6th June 2020

Paragon Market Place (the Mall), a joint venture project of Joland Group and Kuopacific Group, will open its door from 10.00 am on 6th June 2020.

Paragon Market Place is a three-storey retail market strategically located at a popular commercial area along Jalan Tampoi. For further convenience, it it is surrounded by highly populated housing areas including Kampung Melayu Majidee, Taman Gembira, Kampung Ungku Mohsin, Larkin, Taman Damansara Aliff and Bandar Baru Uda.

Inspired by the nearby Kempas Baru’s railway tracks, Paragon Market Place resembles a real railway station. Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) trains pass through Paragon Market Place from Johor Bahru city centre to Kempas Baru. The unique façade of the premises makes it an appealing and significant landmark in Johor Bahru.

Hence, the mall’s management is strictly adhering and complying with the Standard Operating Procedures set by the Government and Local Authorities under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO). Therefore, shoppers may be at ease as every necessary preventive measure has been imposed to maintain a safe and comfortable environment during shopping at Paragon Market Place.

The soon-to-be-opened mall is quickly connected and accessible via major highways such as Tebrau Highway, Pasir Gudang Highway, Jalan Skudai and Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL). It takes merely 15 minutes’ drive from Johor Bahru City Centre. Besides, the mall is located along Muafakat Johor bus route from Terminal Johor Jaya to Larkin Sentral.

The Soft Opening of Paragon Market Place was initially scheduled on 27th March but it has been postponed due to COVID-19 outbreak and the implementation of the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO).
