Paragon Market Place (the Mall), a joint venture project of Joland Group and Kuopacific Group, will open its door from 10.00 am on 6th June 2020.
Paragon Market Place is a three-storey retail market strategically located at a popular commercial area along Jalan Tampoi. For further convenience, it it is surrounded by highly populated housing areas including Kampung Melayu Majidee, Taman Gembira, Kampung Ungku Mohsin, Larkin, Taman Damansara Aliff and Bandar Baru Uda.

Inspired by the nearby Kempas Baru’s railway tracks, Paragon Market Place resembles a real railway station. Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) trains pass through Paragon Market Place from Johor Bahru city centre to Kempas Baru. The Soft Opening of Paragon Market Place was initially scheduled on 27th March but it has been postponed due to COVID-19 outbreak and the implementation of the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO).
