It provides customers with seamless shopping from one channel to the other while promising more innovation and sustainability choices in-store, product offerings and services.
Watsons sees the demand in offering convenience and hassle-free shopping to the customers. The drive-through concept allows customers to purchase through Watsons Mobile App and use the Click & Collect Express service to collect the items within 4 hours from the drive-through counter. Customers can click the “Click & Collect” option and choose Watsons TD Central for collection and collect the purchased items at the drive-through pick up by providing the purchase code number.
