Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, life has been more challenging for the underprivileged society – especially for financially unstable single mothers who are unable to afford education supplies for their children, apart from basic sustenance.

“The inaugural Bersama Virtual Charity Run 2020 is a healthy and safe way to unite the community virtually while furthering a good cause. I fully support and urge the community to register and participate in the run. Each of us can make a positive difference if we commit ourselves to do it. Together, let’s build a brighter and healthier society,” said Serena Yong, Chief Executive Officer of Regency Specialist Hospital.

“Through social assistance, we hope to ease the financial burden of single mothers while at the same time empowering them to rebuild their lives,” said Stanley Lam, Chief Executive Officer of Mahkota Medical Centre.
