December is the month of merry making and festive dining, and Capri by Fraser, Johor Bahru, is delighted to offer a month-long of gastronomic buffet to delight your palate.
This 316-room hotel houses the Caprilicious restaurant located at level 1 that offers sumptuous Christmas specialities during its weekend Pre Christmas Buffet Dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23 and 30th of December 2021) and a Christmas Day Buffet Dinner on the 25th of December.
Priced at RM108+ per adult and RM54+ per senior citizen aged 60 and above and child aged between six and 12 years old. Take advantage of the ‘3 + 1’ promotion where one dines for Free for every three paying adults. The buffet is offered from 6.30 pm till 10.00 pm.
Indulge in assorted festive cakes, cookies, cupcakes and Gingerbread-men at the dessert counter. Chef Mahathir Mokhtar and his culinary team have prepared a marvellous spread of food such as oven-baked whole turkey and Leg of Lamb and Roast Beef, served with complementary sauces and Yorkshire Pudding. Other tasty dishes on the menu include Ayam Bakar Taliwang, Slipper Lobster in Butter Sauce, Tandoori Prawns, Barbecued Chicken Wings, Lamb Mousaka, Lemon Garlic Salmon, Mini Beef Steaks and slices of Lamb Shoulder.
There is also a pasta live-cooking station where guests may find different choices of pasta and sauces, and a DIY noodles station with a choice of noodles, soup and condiments to satisfy your craving.
For a touch of local fare, there are Dim Sums, Beef and Chicken Satay complemented by condiments of onion, cucumber, ketupat and spicy peanut sauce.
For Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, the menu will include add-on food items in the form of Seafood on Ice, Roasted Striploin Beef, Whole Lamb Carcass and much more. On these 2 days, buffet dinner will be served from 6.30 pm till 10.00 pm and is priced at RM138+ per adult and RM68+ per senior citizen aged 60 and above and child aged between six and 12 years old with the ongoing ‘3 + 1’ promotion.
To observe buffet etiquette, guests are encouraged to adhere to current health and safety measurements where disposable hand gloves are provided for diners to wear.
