The Breast Cancer Foundation Malaysia is a tribute to the late Tun Endun Mahmood’s strength after finding out she had breast cancer and organised their first charity gala dinner “Walk with Pride” on 31st July 2005, where breast cancer survivors took to the runway, making a powerful statement that there is life after breast cancer and in 2006 was officially incorporated in the Pride Foundation.

The origin of the event is due to one of the members of YnD who lost his mother after a battle with breast cancer last year. The golf group which was started by a few friends in 2016 have grown into 30 members aiming to bring together young like-minded golfers who shares common goals and to form strong bonds.

As a yearly event, YnD hopes for more great things to come from future collaborations and inspiring golfers. For the others who do not partake in golf, the Breast Cancer Foundation has also announced the start of the “Put A Smile” Campaign where prospective donors can show their support nationwide through online donations.
