After its soft launch in December 2025, Pulai Springs Healthcare Centre officially opened its door with a grand opening on 1st April 2026, officiated by Ling Tian Soon, Johor Health and Environment chairman.
Pulai Springs Healthcare Centre operates as an ambulatory care centre, offering a comprehensive range of services, including diagnostic imaging, general outpatient care, radiology, laboratory, dispensary, surgery and operating theatre, health screenings and medical consultations.
The Centre is supported by a team of experienced medical professionals dedicated to delivering attentive and compassionate care to every patient.
Chris Mah, Director of The Pulai Group, expressed his gratitude for the support received throughout the journey from concept to completion.
“Our aim is simple – to provide a healthcare environment that combines modern medical services with warmth, reassurance, and trust,” he said.
“With Pulai Springs Healthcare Centre, we are expanding our philosophy of care beyond hospitality into health and wellness.”
He highlighted the centre’s commitment to providing accessible, high-quality, and compassionate healthcare, reflecting the same values Pulai Springs Resort has upheld in hospitality for nearly three decades.

Ling Tian Soon delivered his remarks, acknowledging Pulai Springs’ successful expansion from hospitality into healthcare. He commended the Centre’s focus on blending modern medical care with warmth and attention, noting its alignment with the state’s ongoing efforts to improve healthcare access for all Johoreans.
“Facilities like Pulai Springs Healthcare Centre demonstrate how the private sector can partner with the public to strengthen healthcare for the community,” he said.
“I am confident that this centre will become a trusted healthcare provider for all residents of Pulai and Johor – a place where people not only receive treatment but also feel cared for, understood, and supported.”
The grand opening ceremony concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by Ling signing the official plaque to mark the Centre’s inauguration.
The launch of Pulai Springs Healthcare Centre represents Phase 1 of The Pulai Group’s long-term vision in health care.
“In the future, we aim to develop a full hospital on the adjacent land, expanding into specialist care and more comprehensive medical services.”
Chris said in his speech that venturing into healthcare is a natural progression for the group after nearly three decades in hospitality, citing that true wellbeing goes beyond comfort – it begins with health.
“At the same time, the Pulai area continues to grow rapidly, with more families and communities settling here.”
“We recognised the need for accessible, quality healthcare, and we saw an opportunity to contribute meaningfully,” he concluded his speech.
Pulai Springs Healthcare Centre is now fully operational and ready to serve the public, bringing a new standard of accessible, professional, and compassionate healthcare to Johor.
