Menara JLand, a 37-storey tall building hailed under Johor Land Bhd (JLand), a member of Johor Corporation Group of Companies held its official launching ceremony graced by His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, the Sultan of Johor.

Kamaruzzaman Abu Kassim, President and CEO of Johor Corporation said in his speech, “This is another milestone for Johor Land Berhad, and we are all here to celebrate the launch of Johor Bahru’s newest stylish office building, ‘Menara JLand’ – another landmark to enhance commercial value and investment appeal of Ibrahim International Business District, a CBD designed as nucleus for business growth in the city centre.”
“This is very much aligned with His Majesty’s vision as it was first launched in 2015, in transforming Johor Bahru CBD into an international business district with world class infrastructure. We also believe that the growth of IIBD will elevate Johor Bahru as gravity for corporate investment, commercial hub and entrepreneurship development,” he added.
The Sultan then embarked on a quick tour of Menara JLand’s attraction; Skyscape at its observation deck made popular since its opening last May. Skyscape offers a range of entertainment at level 34 such as Virtual Reality games, interactive floor and the walk in the sky bridge where visitors can see the ground from 100 metres height.
Menara JLand was awarded as Winner for Best Office Development and Highly Commended for Best Green Development by Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2018 as well as Best Commercial Development by StarProperty.my Awards 2018: Jewels of Johor. The tower offers extensive office space to sale and rent with five variants. The GBI certified building is also MSC certified, adding to its worth for interested parties to own a space in the building.
