The Johor Road Transport Department (RTD) has set up four multi-counters at its headquarters in Taman Daya to handle individual private motor vehicle licence (LKM) and Malaysian driving licence (LMM) renewal transactions beginning 1st July 2026.

Zulkarnain Yasin, state RTD director, said that the initiative allows customers who need to renew both documents to take only one queue number and receive services at the same counter.

“In addition, customers can save time, further streamlining LKM and LMM renewal transactions,” he stated in news reports.

Zulkarnain went on to say that transactions at multi-counters are not limited by division, and customers can coordinate across all service counters.

He stated that any complaints can be made directly or in real time via the MyJPJ application: e-Aduan@JPJ, or by emailing aduantrafik@jpj.gov.my with complete complaint details.
