Ayera Residences’ 2-Storey Park Homes are selling out fast
Tropicana Danga Cove had organised a double celebratory event with the official launch of the Final Phase of Ayera Residences and Raya celebrations at its Tropicana Danga Cove Property Gallery in Kota Puteri.
Ayera Residences’ 2-Storey Park Homes Phase II B was already 60% sold at the launch. Russel Lim, Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing of Tropicana Danga Cove said, “We are foreseeing the units of the phase to be sold out soon as our 99% local customers are mostly interested in a guarded neighbourhood with plenty of greenery and most importantly, located near the border”.

Ayera Residences first phase was launched in July 2018 and the second phase II A was launched earlier this year in February, for non-Bumi. Both were already sold out with the first phase taken up during its first week of launch.

It had attracted a sizable crowd to check on the promotions, while their family could join in the fun with a lot of activities and instagrammable props erected at their sales gallery hall.
