Amaya Food Gallery at Amari Johor Bahru Hotel is serving up a Friday Super Buffet till October 2019
Bring your big appetite and feast like kings and super heroes at the Amaya Food Gallery at Amari Johor Bahru Hotel (Amari) every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until October this year from 6.30pm till 10.30pm.
The super feast not to be missed is the Friday Super Buffet Dinner priced at RM138 nett and the second person gets 50% off. This discount also applies to children between 6 to 12 years.
Let your senses be tantalised by the flavours brought to you courtesy of the talented Executive Sous Chef, Patrick Ooi and his culinary team.
Start with a selection of handpicked garden green accompanied by a variety of dressings and toppings. Then head over to the Bamboo Basket Steamers where you will find a plethora of Steamed Seafood paired with zingy and spicy sauces such as Sambal Belacan, Chili Coriander Lime Dip, Thai Chili Sauce and more.
As you run through the appetisers to get to the main course, take a pitstop and enjoy the scrumptious Basil Tomato Shellfish Bisque or the Double Boiled Winter Melon Soup.
Feast your eyes and feed your mouths with the offerings at the carving station. You cannot miss the juicy Rendang Beef Short Ribs with Lontong Rice and Coconut Kerisik.
Desserts do not come as much as a surprise at Amaya with the mouth-watering variety of Malay Kuih and of course, the Apam Balik with Crushed Peanuts which are lovely little crispy soft “designer handbags” that you can eat!
Amaya Food Gallery has a special kid’s corner where they can play and enjoy their own little buffet of Breaded Fish Fingers, Tempura Chicken Nuggets and Cheesy Potato Wedges.
Also not to be missed is the ‘Thursday Around the World Buffet Dinner’ priced at RM88 nett and ‘Saturday Carvery and Panggang Buffet Dinner’ priced at RM108 nett. Same time, same place, just different flavours! Oh, same discounts apply too!
