Sales campaign by developer UMLand Seri Alam helps to boost Bumiputera units’ sales to support state government

In conjunction with the Raya festivity, UMLand Seri Alam organised a Hari Raya celebration as well as a Bumiputera sales campaign.

The campaign is mainly aimed to encourage the purchase of unsold Bumiputera units. The developer, Seri Alam Properties has offered special incentives in the hope to reduce the number of overhang Bumiputera units.

Plenty of attractive packages and prizes are being offered by the developer throughout the campaign which includes moving-in cash, Bumiputera discount, savings in stamp duty (till 30th June 2019), and 100% loan for qualified buyers. Cash prizes and a luxury apartment are also available for grabs.

Part of the celebrations also include a sharing session by a panel of experts such as solicitors, bankers as well as representatives from the state housing department to share their knowledge and key information in various field for future buyers.

Under the Bumiputera Sales Campaign, two developments are available for purchase. Firstly, the Imperial Jade Residenz – a three-storey terrace (20 x 65 with built-up space of 1,645 sqf) which is ready for occupancy with selling price from RM493,900 and Citrine Residenz, a two-storey terrace Citrine Residenz (20 x 65 with built-up space of 1,726 sqf) is also up for purchase which is expected to be ready in September 2019 with a selling price from RM460,800.

Two other prestigious developments being developed by UMLand Seri Alam are the Topaz Residenz and Jasper Residenz.
