In a first-of-its-kind event, Gleneagles Hospital Johor, part of IHH Healthcare Malaysia’s network of 18 hospitals, hosted an exclusive Metaverse Health Hunt and media tour, centred on the theme ‘Value in Every Step.’
The event offered media partners an immersive look into the hospital’s innovative healthcare delivery, seamlessly combining advanced technology with compassionate, patient-centred care to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
The Metaverse Health Hunt blended an engaging digital experience with a guided tour, showcasing how Gleneagles Hospital Johor is enhancing healthcare accessibility, efficiency, and service quality for its diverse community.

Since May 2023, Gleneagles Hospital Johor has performed over 250 Obstetrics and Gynaecology robotic surgeries and 100 robotic total knee replacements, delivering exceptional results through a combination of advanced technology and compassionate care.
During the tour, media members visited key facilities, including the Premier International Patient Lounge, a serene environment designed to streamline healthcare experiences for international patients, particularly those from Indonesia.
