Daging Masak Merah

A classic Malay favourite for when you’re craving spicy umami flavour. Don’t order out when it is quicker and more delicious to make it yourself.

Ingredients:

  • 300g Sirloin Meat, sliced
  • Ayam Brand Masak Merah Paste 180g
  • Water 75ml
  • Red onion (cut into ring format)  2 pcs
  • 1 yellow capsicum, diced
  • Ayam Brand garden peas, as garnish

Method:

  • In a wok, add oil and cool the meat medium well and set aside.
  • Next, saute the onion and capsicum, and pour in the paste and mix well.
  • After that, add in the medium well meat and let it simmer.
  • Garnish with some peas.

Serve hot on a bed of steaming white rice.
