Daging Masak Merah
A classic Malay favourite for when you’re craving spicy umami flavour. Don’t order out when it is quicker and more delicious to make it yourself.
Ingredients:
- 300g Sirloin Meat, sliced
- Ayam Brand Masak Merah Paste 180g
- Water 75ml
- Red onion (cut into ring format) 2 pcs
- 1 yellow capsicum, diced
- Ayam Brand garden peas, as garnish
Method:
- In a wok, add oil and cool the meat medium well and set aside.
- Next, saute the onion and capsicum, and pour in the paste and mix well.
- After that, add in the medium well meat and let it simmer.
- Garnish with some peas.
Serve hot on a bed of steaming white rice.
