Regency Specialist Hospital (Regency) and the Association of The Indonesian Tours & Travel Agencies (ASITA) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a new collaboration on healthcare and tourism initiatives.
The MoU aims to strengthen the healthcare and tourism industries by promoting medical tourism, enhancing the quality of healthcare services, and providing a seamless travel experience for patients and their families.
The MoU marks the beginning of a partnership between the two organisations that aims to promote medical tourism and provide high-quality healthcare services to travellers from around the world. The collaboration will leverage the strengths of both parties to offer a comprehensive range of services that cater to the needs of patients and travellers alike.
Under the terms of the MoU, Regency will provide medical services and facilities to ASITA members and their clients, while the association will promote Regency as a preferred healthcare provider to its members and clients.
This partnership will also explore opportunities for joint marketing campaigns, educational programs, and events to raise awareness about the benefits of medical tourism and the high standards of healthcare available in Johor Bahru.
“We are delighted to collaborate with ASITA to promote medical tourism and enhance the quality of healthcare services in Johor Bahru. This MoU is a step towards amplifying healthcare services to patients from Indonesia and making their travel experience seamless and hassle-free,” said Quek Choon Yen, Assistant Director of International Marketing, Regency.
“We are excited to partner with Regency and Matta Johor to provide a unique and memorable travel experience to patients and their families. This collaboration will not only promote medical tourism in both countries but also offer quality healthcare,” said Eva Betty, Chairman of Kepri ASITA.
