13th Annual General Meeting with Treasurer Khoo Lea Hua, President Koh Mui Cheng and Secretary Fung Lee Jean

President Koh Mui Cheng chaired the AGM, which was completed effectively and efficiently in 10 minutes. This year is a non-election year because the office bearers were elected for a two-year term last year.

The CNY celebrations began immediately after the AGM, with all present performing to a lovely, versatile line dancing to three lively songs, led by their Clown Director and Line Dance Teacher Maggie Chong.

Representatives dressed up as Rabbits for the Table Game

In a “Table Game” of Dressing Up the Rabbit, the winning table was represented by member Mohd Ali Taib, a Senior Principal Assistant Director, Children Division, Social Welfare Department.

Outstanding members who had reactivated the residential Laughter Groups and those who had worked quietly and diligently for the Club’s Centre received special recognition too.

The Best Dressed event was the highlight, with the winners being Khedlly Koh, 1st Runner Up Hiroko Yokoi from Japan, and 2nd Runner-Up Eve Khoo.
