During the official launch on the 13th and 14th of November, 155 units in the Phase 1 development of Erica @ Meridin East in Pasir Gudang, Johor, were entirely booked.
“Following the good response, we will be launching Phase 2 of Meridin East township soon with another 210 units of two-storey link homes to meet market demand,” read a statement from Mah Sing.
“We are very encouraged with our digital efforts in reaching out to our potential customers, as most of Erica’s owners were approached via the digital platform. It is also a testament that demands for affordably priced properties with good quality at strategic locations will remain resilient,” said Mah Sing Group Chief Executive officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang, adding the GDV of Phase 1 development is RM79.3 million.
Set in a lush, green living environment with 24-hour security, Erica @ Meridin East double-storey link residences have a spacious layout of 18ft by 70ft and a built-up area of 1,601 sq ft. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom homes start at RM417,000.
Launched in 2016, Meridin East is the largest mixed development by Mah Sing which consists of residential, commercial, and light industries development with a total land size of 1,313 acres. It is a sustainable township with over 500 acres of green belt surrounding the area. To date, more than 2,000 units of houses were handed over to purchasers with a more than 70% occupancy rate.
