Pucuk Ubi dan Udang Masak Lemak

It’s the weekend, and no one likes to labouriously spend all their time at the kitchen. In comes Ayam Brand pastes and coconut milk for your fix of quicker, convenient and delicious meals.

Do give the following kampung-style comfort food recipe a try for your family to enjoy.

Pucuk Ubi dan Udang Masak Lemak

Ingredients:

  • Ayam Brand Masak Lemak Paste 180g
  • Ayam Brand Coconut milk 400ml
  • 300g Prawns
  • 300g Pucuk Ubi
  • Water 400ml
  • Lemongrass 3 stalk, crushed
  • Tumeric Leaves 3 pcs, thinly sliced
  • Extra turmeric leaves for garnish

Recipe:

  • First, add water, Masak Lemak Cili Padi paste and crushed lemongrass into a pot.
  • Then, add the prawns and bring it to a boil.
  • Cover the pot until the prawns are half cooked, add in the pucuk ubi.
  • Finally, add in the coconut milk and turmeric leaf that has been thinly sliced. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Serve hot with steaming rice and enjoy!

*You can easily replace the prawns with chicken if you’re allergic to seafood.
