UDA Holdings Berhad (UDA), a property developer, asset and facilities management company, an agency under the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development (MEDAC) is targeting a boost for business in the southern region through the launch of new property projects and various latest initiatives in shopping malls.
Datuk Norliza Abdul Rahim, Chairman of UDA said, “UDA continues to make strides in planning the best plan to develop business in the southern region, especially in terms of real estate and shopping malls in realizing the desire to contribute to the country’s economic growth.”
UDA in the southern region will launch two (2) new property projects, namely Pisonia Ville and Areca Terrace.
Sr Mohd. Salem Kailany President/Chief Executive Officer said, “UDA’s property business in the state of Johor always focuses on the needs of customers and UDA is confident that the demand for 2 -storey terrace houses will be the focus. In the middle of this year, UDA will offer 225 units of 2 -storey terrace residences through the launch of Pisonia Ville Package 2 (53 units) and Areca Terrace (172 units). ”
“Pisonia Ville Package 2 and Areca Terrace will be developed in Bandar UDA Utama with freehold status. The 470 -acre township is strategically located next to the Perling Toll Road and surrounded by mature housing estates. Apart from that, it is also close to various facilities as well as easy access to shopping malls, supermarkets, banks and schools, ”he added.
The first MARI Mart was opened in October 2021 at Angsana Ipoh Mall which is also one of the shopping malls under the supervision of UDA. UDA aims to open 2 more MARI Marts this year to strengthen local entrepreneurial activities.
