UDA Holdings Berhad (UDA), an agency under the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Cooperative Development (KUSKOP), plans to sell 100 units of the two-story Areca Terrace Fasa residential property project 4B by 2024, as announced during the product’s launch in Bandar UDA Utama.

Areca Terrace Phase 4B is located in a strategic and rapidly developing sustainable neighbourhood in Bandar UDA Utama. It is surrounded by various facilities and is also easily accessible to tourist attractions such as Legoland Malaysia, Puteri Harbour, and Singapore access routes.

The final phase project of a two-story terrace type residence in Bandar UDA Utama includes 325 house units. The Areca Terrace Phase 4 development features a modern design concept and a simple lifestyle.

Divided into two phases, Phase 4A, which has already been completed and sold out, and Phase 4B, which will be built with 153 units, the freehold residence measures 20 x 65 feet and has a building size of 1,518 square feet. It includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. In addition, it also has a porch for two cars as well as a terrace space that is fully expanded according to the size of the lot.

This conducive residence is offered with prices starting at RM634,086.00.
