Topmix Bhd (Topmix) plans to acquire two parcels of industrial land in Johor for a total cash consideration of RM18.97 million as reported by EdgeProp. The report comes from a filing with Bursa Malaysia dated the 1st of April 2026.

The acquisition will be undertaken by its wholly owned subsidiary, Topmix Resources Sdn Bhd, as part of Topmix’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in key growth areas and supports its medium to long-term development plans.

In the filing, Topmix’s subsidiary signed two distinct conditional sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) on 31st March 2026, with Kesas Kenangan Sdn Bhd, a division of SP Setia, the company that developed the 4,000-acre Setia Eco Gardens & Setia Business Park ecosystem, which includes the two parcels of land.

The agreements involved two pieces of freehold vacant land located in Mukim Pulai, Johor Bahru, Johor, and each parcel to include a detached factory to be constructed.
