This festive season, and for everyday it is always good to have a non-spicy dish available for the little ones, and for people with sensitive palates. Enter kurma that is coriander-based instead of chilli-based making it delicious but without the potent spiciness of chilli.

Method

Pour one pack of Ayam Brand Kurma Paste into a pan, fry until fragrant, then quickly add 80g of diced carrots, and 300g of sliced meat (beef or chicken) and saute until the meat is medium well done. Then pour 200ml of water, cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the carrots have softened.

Next, add 80g of quartered red onion, and 60ml of Ayam Brand Coconut Milk and bring to the boil. You may garnish with sliced red chillies (optional) and coriander leaves. Serve with rice.
