TM High Speed Broadband (HSBB) will be available to residents upon moving in
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) through their enterprise and public sector business solutions, TM ONE with Dynasty View Sdn Bhd (UMLand Seri Austin) signed their latest Service Agreement to extend their collaboration that has been established since 2010.
The main content of the collaboration is installing TM’s High Speed Broadband (HSBB) network infrastructure for Seri Austin’s new phase, Camellia Residence that is dubbed as affordable residential apartment project, enabling owners and tenants of the units to enjoy readily available speedy internet at 100mbps upon moving in.
State Vice President of TM Johor, Azhar Omar represented TM in signing the Service Agreement with KK Wong, the Group Director of UMLand Townships and Chief Executive Officer of UMLand Seri Austin with Tuan Mazlan Bujang, former Chairman of the Johor Public Works, Infrastructure and Transport Committee witnessing.
“The Unifi-point ready in each of the apartment unit is another initiative by UMLand Seri Austin in ensuring the township is ready and well connected with Malaysia’s preferred high speed broadband service before we welcome our first residents. We have to ensure that soon, all new development projects should have the infrastructure for internet access to facilitate the adoption of digital lifestyle of our future communities. This is just part of our ongoing commitment in adding value to the township as we prepare to hand over our first affordable residential apartment in year 2022,” said KK Wong.
The collaboration between TM and UMLand Seri Austin is seen as a significant collaboration to transform the trends of local housing development that supports smarter living brought about via high speed broadband connectivity.
