The hotel shared the spirit of fasting this season with orphanages from all over Johor

M Suites Hotel Johor Bahru (M Suites) celebrates the goodwill of the fasting month by hosting a breaking of fast feast for the underprivileged and needy children from several orphanages. The annual event was attended by Menteri Besar of Johor Dato’ Dr Sahruddin Jamal, Dato’ Haji Nooh Bin Gadot, M Suites Hotel Managing Director Dato’ Abdul Rahman Shariff and Executive Director Datin Dr. Maimunah Abdul Rahman.

M Suites hosted more than 400 children from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim Islam Kota Tinggi, Asrama Kebajikan ArRayyan, Raudhatul Maryam, SMK Pasir Gudang 3, orphanages from Senai, Benut, Pengkalan Rinting, Sek Keb PK Princess Elizabeth as well as single mothers in 2 separate breaking of fast events which took place on the 6th and the 8th of May 2019.

The hotel is also reaching out to the needy, especially with their preparation for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri through donations to enrich the lives of the beneficiaries, while making their fasting month more meaningful.

As part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, M Suites would be organising several other charitable events where the staffs would visit and donate clothes, rice, goodies and “duit raya” to several organisations involving indigenous people of Kampung Orang Asli Bakar Batu, Madrasah Khadimuddin, Pusat Jagaan Warga Emas Nur Ehsan and Rumah Seri Kenangan Johor Bahru.

Throughout the fasting month, M Suites Hotel is hosting a special buffet namely ‘Dapur Johor’ which offers a variety of Johor traditional cuisines such as Laksa Johor, Mee Rebus, Mee Bandung Muar and Nasi Briyani Gam to name a few running from 7th May 2019 to 3rd June 2019. It’s priced at RM99nett per adult and RM59nett for children between 4 to 11 years old.
