The Johor Bahru Happy and Joyous Club held its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) cum Chinese New Year Lunch on Friday, 7th February 2025, at the Marina Seafood Restaurant, Straits View Hotel, Johor Bahru.
The vibrant celebration carried the inspiring theme, “Together We Transform, Together We Thrive,” reflecting the club’s commitment to unity, growth, and community spirit.
The AGM preceeded the festive lunch, providing an important platform to review the club’s achievements, discuss future plans, and engage members in meaningful dialogue.
With 10 tables accommodating 100 enthusiastic members and guests, members gathered for a delightful 9-course Chinese New Year lunch, and the traditional Yee Sang tossing ceremony to symbolise prosperity, health, and happiness. The dress code, “Sparkling Red,” added a vibrant touch, signifying good fortune and joy.
According to JBHJC, this special occasion not only marks a significant milestone for the club but also strengthens the bonds among its members, fostering a spirit of joy and transformation.
