Renaissance Johor Bahru makes your Middle Eastern cuisine cravings come true
Ever wonder how the Arab royals in the Middle East feasted centuries ago? You are in luck as Renaissance Johor Bahru’s Café BLD is offering a huge array of delectable dishes available for your choosing this month.
Warm up your appetite and get the palate going with some tangy and savoury salads ranging from Fattoush, Baba Ghanoush, freshly made Tabouleh, Ful Mudammas and the well-known Hummus best dipped and eaten with some pita bread.
After a refreshing starter, your taste bud is definitely ready for some exotic main course. Choose from the likes of Falafel with cucumber dressing to Kofta Kesari and its variation Kofta Chicken, Karniyarik dish, Kebabs, Curries and lamb Shawarma freshly sliced by Chef Arnold himself. You may choose to top the dish with the various condiments and sauces to dip or spread with, suiting your taste.
Then be delighted in the presence of Laham Mandi and Carvey Alfaham. Laham Mandi is roasted lamb adorned with mandhi rice and are generously garnished with olives, roasted brinjals and carrots. Carvey Alfaham on the other side is a roasted chicken dish which is juicy and tender, served on top of herbal-adorned flat bread.
End your meal with cakes and bite-sizes Baklawa which will be perfect with a cup of coffee.
The Middle Eastern buffet is served every Friday and Saturday in the month of August, and priced at RM123nett per adult and RM61.50nett for child aged 5-12 years old.
