Prabowo, who came early this morning on a state visit at Sultan Ibrahim’s request, was greeted with a formal state welcome at Istana Negara.

The visit is the first by a foreign Head of State since His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim was installed as King of Malaysia, and Prabowo’s first state visit to a Southeast Asian country since his inauguration as President of the Republic of Indonesia on 20th October last year.
