UMLand launches their very own initiative to encourage home ownership among the Bumiputeras
United Malaysia Land Berhad (UMLand) launched a special campaign to target Bumiputeras and to encourage this segment to own homes built by UMLand.
This campaign is set to go on till November 2019 and offers plenty of special incentives back to the homebuyers.
Definitely more than just a rumah (home), and starting from RM388,030, UMLand will be pushing for the sales of the remaining 40% Bumiputera lots in four of their developments in the southern region, namely, D’Lagoon Apartment (luxury apartment), D’Lagoon Villa (luxury villa), Aster 2 (Semi-detached), and Zircon (3 storey shop offices).
Among the unique incentives bundled-up with the sales of these units are 15% Bumiputera discounts, saving on stamp duty (till 30th June 2019), 100% loan eligibility, moving-in cash rebates from RM10,000 to RM30,000, lucky draw cash prizes up to RM100,000, as well as a luxury apartment worth RM500,000.
“Not only that you get discounts and stamp exemptions, you will also be receiving cash rebates by the developers including a chance to win lucky draws. This is something very special and a must grab”, said, Zulkifli Mohamad, Johor Bahru Branch Manager of Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN).
Zulkifli, Hajah Siti Azizah Omar (Advocates and Solicitors from Lokman Hanida & Aziz), and a representative from the State Housing Department were among the three invited guest speakers to talk about the great deals and benefits that Bumiputeras stand to enjoy with UMLand’s special campaign.
