Dinner In The Sky Malaysia - for a limited time only

After ten unforgettable years since it first took Malaysia by storm, the iconic and world-renowned Dinner In The Sky Malaysia made its highly anticipated return today, officially relaunched by Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, in a special ceremony attended by members of the media, invited guests, and partners from the tourism industry.

In celebration of the recently launched Visit Malaysia Year 2026, this extraordinary attraction once again gives Malaysians and international visitors the chance to dine 150 feet above the ground- suspended by crane with a 360° view of Kuala Lumpur’s stunning skyline.

Hosted at TREC Kuala Lumpur, this limited-time pop-up experience (running until end of January 2026) features a curated three-course dinner prepared by Ceylon House, a distinguished member of the award-winning Cinnamon Group, one of Malaysia’s leading names in upscale dining, set against the glowing city lights. Guests are securely strapped into their seats on a rotating dining platform, ensuring everyone enjoys the best view in the sky.

Having begun its operations in May 2006 in Brussels, Belgium, this unique dining experience has successfully ran more than 10,000 sessions in over 70 cities around the world. Dinner In The Sky Malaysia prioritises and observes the highest of safety standards. During the flight, guests will be wearing safety belts at all times, and attending staff will be fully equipped with safety harnesses to ensure their safety throughout their time in the air. A safety supervisor will brief guests on safety regulations prior to the flight and will be in constant communication with the crane operator and ground crew for a smooth flight. All drawings, calculations and simulations have been tested and supervised by TÜV SÜD, the German organisation that validates the safety of products of all kinds to protect humans and the environment against hazards.
