The two towers, which ascend to 65 and 70 floors each, include approximately 435 premium residential flats. Residents can enjoy the best of both Johor and Singapore’s skyline and horizon because of its strategic placement. The construction also has a comprehensive package of amenities for residents to take advantage of the spectacular views, including a full facility deck on the sixth floor and a sky deck on floors 58 and 66 for Tower B and Tower A, respectively.

Residents will enjoy luxury and spacious living as a result of the group’s efforts. Type A2 and B, the recently finished display apartments, have built-up sizes of 2217 and 2659 square feet, respectively.

PropertyGuru named the development the Best Luxury Condo/Apartment Development in 2019 for its creative and elegant design.

The company has also prepared enticing year-end and Chinese New Year packages, as well as the debut of new exhibition units, in anticipation of an increase in the market, as the Malaysian economy continues to improve.

Both the Malaysia-Singapore RTS connection project and the Gemas-Johor Bahru electrified double-tracking project (EDTP) is intended to assist and stimulate the state’s property market and attract more international investors once they are completed. Both of these significant infrastructure projects are projected to improve Johor Bahru’s connection with Singapore and with other Malaysian states.

Commenting on the launch, Khong Chung Lun, Executive Director and CEO of Astaka Holdings Ltd said, “We are extremely pleased to announce the launch of the new highest show units of The Astaka @ One Bukit Senyum. The development is poised to become the ultimate energy of sophistication, and a new benchmark for modern living experiences in Johor Bahru with meticulously crafted architecture, innovative designs, and a clear sense of discerned luxury living. It also aims to be the embodiment of modern and luxurious living, allowing for undisturbed privacy living while still maintaining connectivity to external facilities and amenities.

“As the global pandemic situation starts to stabilise and travel restrictions continue to ease, we expect the demand for our development by both local and foreign investors to increase and reach near pre-COVID level. Moving forward, we will continue to innovate and develop attractive residential projects to bring greater value to both our customers and shareholders,” added Khong.
