The personalised and exclusive event was held in the Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru autohaus, which is designed with the latest Mercedes-Benz Brand Presence and is currently home to the only Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Certiﬁed Body & Paint Centre in the Southern region.

The immersive luxury experience kick-started with a look into the future and the brand’s efforts in innovation. The customers were brought through an electric vehicle presentation and Mercedes Me Connect demonstration, which showcased how Mercedes-Benz owners can access and control their vehicles remotely with a smartphone. In line with the move towards an electriﬁed future, customers also went on a workshop tour to view the latest service and repair technologies ﬁrst-hand, with special focus on the technology created for the Mercedes-Benz plug-in hybrid and Mercedes-EQ vehicles. Diving deeper into Cycle & Carriage’s brand strength in premium services, customers also had the chance to see a demonstration on the body repairs and the value of using genuine parts at the service centre by a service expert skilled in handling a wide range of ﬁxes on a Mercedes-Benz vehicle.
In an effort to create digital awareness and inspire the adoption of premium electric vehicles, Cycle & Carriage product experts also gave customers an in-car tour of the EQS 450+ by Mercedes-EQ, showcasing the unique features of the future-forward vehicle. They also had the opportunity to learn about using the Mercedes Me service to gain better understanding on its enhanced offerings to achieve a luxurious and seamless digital experience on the road.
To create a truly 360 exceptional experience at the event, customers also dined in style and savoured a luxurious 3-course chef-curated lunch, bringing their tastebuds on an exceptional gastronomic journey like no other. Customers were treated to an array of lifestyle pop-up booth activities throughout the sleek Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru autohaus designed to exude elegance and modernity. Reﬂecting the brand’s passion for exceptional living, the activities ranged from an interactive golf simulator, premium hair styling experience by Toyako Image Maker Styling for those who needed a trendy hair makeover, Inside Scoop ice cream for customers to savour a quality sweet treat, and even to a coffee brewing workshop for those looking to hone their coffee-making skills. To top off the lifestyle experience, visitors enjoyed their retail therapy and picked out their latest favourites from the extensive display of Mercedes-Benz merchandise to add to their collection whilst enjoying the additional 20% discount.
