Sunway Iskandar is celebrating its 5th year anniversary by offering ‘Super 5 PLUS’ home ownership scheme where 95% financing is guaranteed and eligible buyers need to only pay 5%. Alternatively, buyers can also place a deposit of RM5000 to own a unit.

The Super 5 PLUS provides free financial health check that will help aspiring homeowners in their financial credibility. It is a quick and easy way to assess purchasers’ financing standing in order to own their dream home. Buyers will also enjoy a flexi instalment plan up to 6 months for all the completed projects.

In addition to the government’s waiver of MOT (stamp duty) for first time house buyers, Sunway will absorb the stamp duty for the transfer of ownership for properties above RM1mil. This pack of the Super 5 PLUS scheme is valid till 30th June 2019.

In addition, any units purchased under the Super 5 PLUS scheme in 2019 will be eligible for Lucky Draw prizes worth up to RM200,000 (total value) and that includes booking, SPA signed and stamped in 2019. For SPA signing within 60 days from date of booking, cash prize giveaways are available. The Lucky Draw is valid till 31st December 2019.

Participating Projects
