Endorsed by the government, the run is to gather members of different varsities together
Attention to all students, runners, sportsmen and Iskandar Puteri residents, pump up your adrenaline for some competitive running at EduCity Sports Complex in Iskandar Puteri, Johor for Uni Run 2019 on 7th December 2019 at 7am!
Organised by EduCity Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the run’s tagline of ‘Unifying Communities Through Sports’ clearly aims to unite students from various institutions, sportspersons from various sports and also the Iskandar Puteri community. The run is endorsed by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) and Majlis Sukan IPTS Malaysia (MASISWA).
The run has two categories namely an Open Category for both male and female and the University Category is also separated into male and female. With winning in mind, prizes for each categories are RM300 for the 1st place, RM200 for 2nd place and RM100 for 3rd place.
Registration fee is as low as RM48 for early birds registering before 31st October 2019 and normal rate is applicable at RM60 per pax thereafter till the 23rd of November 2019. Each participating runner would get a t-shirt, a medal and an e-Certificate. Register your interest soon to avail that special early bird price. Do take note that the run is open to anyone from 12 years and above.
At the same day of Uni Run 2019, a varsity sports championship southern region 2019 (Kejohanan Sukan Mahasiswa Zon Selatan 2019) would be held at the same venue.
