SOGO’s first ever store out of the Klang Valley is here in The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey

Finally the renowned department store in Malaysia, SOGO opened its doors in The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru making it their first ever store outside the Klang Valley. As it turns 25 this year, the opening of the store is an important milestone for the company.

Their latest store before Johor’s is SOGO Central i-City Shah Alam, opened on 11th April 2019 and by 2022, SOGO is looking into expanding its total network to 6 stores with total retail trading space of 2.4 million square feet.

SOGO The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey features fresh Japanese aesthetic design concept as a nod to its brand heritage. 200,000 square-foot retail spaces were decorated with contemporary lightings and sleek, minimalist approach, giving off fresh and modern vibes to the whole atmosphere. The store would house over 400 sought after international and home-grown brands within the three floors.
