UEM Sunrise Achieves Another Milestone in Its Ongoing Commitment to Deliver Affordable Housing

UEM Sunrise completes 1,217 units of Denai Nusantara Affordable Homes Development in Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Held at the compounds of Denai Nusantara, the development completion was commemorated with a key Handover Ceremony, officiated by Menteri Besar Johor, Dato’ Haji Osman Haji Sapian, accompanied by Sr Dzulkefly Ahmad, Kota Iskandar Assemblyman/Johor Housing and Rural Development Committee Chairman and Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of UEM Sunrise. The event was also attended by Mayor of Iskandar Puteri, Dato’ Adib Azhari daud, about 500 guests, including community leaders, representatives of local authorities.

Located next to the industrial parks in Gerbang Nusajaya, Denai Nusantara offers quality affordable homes in a strategic location with accessibility to various business and employment opportunities in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

The homes are spread across five 12-storey blocks comprising 1,109 units with three bedrooms each and a build of up to 1000sq. ft., priced at RM150,000. There are also 108 units of single-storey shop lots within the development to cater to the needs of the residents. Other facilities and shared amenities include a multipurpose hall, a mosque, and an open green space that comprises of a football field, a jogging track, a recreational area as well as safety fencing.
