MBIP made an announcement through its official Facebook page that it will implement the enforcement of limited parking spaces at Taman Ungku Tun Aminah’s Jalan Pahlawan 1, Taman Perling’s Jalan Camar & Jalan Persisiran Perling, Taman Bukit Indah’s Jalan Indah 15/1, 15/2 & 15/3, and Taman Nusa Perintis’ Medan Nusa Perintis 2.
From 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Saturday, the payment rate will be RM0.60 for 1 hour and RM1.20 for 2 hours.
It is said that the daily passes are not valid in the mentioned restricted zones, while monthly passes only allow vehicles to be parked for a maximum of 2 hours.
Users are advised to ensure that parking fees are paid and to comply with the designated parking period.
“A vehicle may be subject to towing action if it exceeds the set period, does not pay, obstructs, is an abandoned/damaged vehicle or commits an offence under the regulations in force,” the notice informed.
“The cooperation of all road users is greatly appreciated to ensure smooth traffic, safety and more orderly parking management,” it ends.
