In order to show support and appreciation to their partner-drivers, Maxim Johor Bahru awarded a number of top-performers among them with interesting gifts. The rewards were given based on the partner-driver rating for the first quarter of the year, with the data carefully analysed by the company’s specialists.
In total, nine drivers received their awards in three categories: rating among passengers, cleanliness and good attitude. The participants were evaluated by the local management team and data specialists. All partner-drivers of Johor Bahru were given this opportunity and had chances to win.
This programme aims to build a good relationship between both parties and celebrate the partner-driver’s hard work. Maxim understands that it is a tough job and hopes that this incentive will provide additional motivation, especially for newcomers.
