The Public Service Department (JPA) is pleased to invite outstanding and visionary Malaysians to apply for the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Scholarship (BYDPA) 2025, one of the most prestigious scholarship programmes under the PSD.
BYDPA is open to candidates with great potential to become leaders in academic and professional fields, with priority given to individuals who demonstrate excellence in academic and non-academic fields, as well as strong leadership skills.
This scholarship is offered to full-time Masters (Research) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) level students at local higher learning institutions or world-renowned universities in strategic fields that have a major impact on national development, including Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Economics, Law, Islamic Finance and Artificial Intelligence.
Interested candidates can submit applications online via the JPA official portal at https://bmipenajaan.jpa.gov.my starting from 3rd to 28th February 2025.
After completing the application form, applicants must print and sign the application form, attach the required supporting documents and send the complete documents to JPA before or on 7th March 2025 by hand or post to the following address:
