AIESEC in Johor Bahru is pleased to announce the appointment of Chan Yi Jie as the new Vice President of Marketing for the term 2024/2025.
“With a wealth of experience in leadership and a passion for community development, he is poised to lead our marketing efforts to new heights,” said AIESEC Johor Bahru’s chapter in a press statement.
Chan Yi Jie is poised to bring a fresh perspective and a commitment to excellence, with a clear vision of “Spread more impact on the youth in the South through the help of public relations.”
His mission of having more collaborative events together with public relations and blasting information through social media to spread more impact and awareness is regarded as compelling by the southern chapter.
The marketing team looks forward to working closely with Chan Yi Jie to achieve our goals and serve AIESEC in Johor Bahru effectively. We believe that his leadership will propel us to new heights.
AIESEC Johor Bahru also shared their upcoming events, such as the Youth Speak Forum happening in June 2024, where it acts as a stage to connect with like-minded individuals and organisations that care for current and global issues, and Amitabha in August 2024, a project that addresses SDG 10 (Reduce Inequalities) in youths across Malaysia. Creating an impact on a local level towards underprivileged communities to ensure equal opportunities in various aspects.
