“Building on the success of last year’s buffet spread, we have chosen to carry forward the Rentak Selera theme this year. Staying true to Hard Rock’s DNA, our buffet is centred around the lively atmosphere and dynamic energy that resonate with the vibrant spirit of local bazaars. This concept is aimed at not only enhancing the quality of our cuisine but also expanding the diversity of dishes offered,” said Executive Chef Halim.
Guided by the masterful direction of Executive Chef Halim, the buffet showcases a series of mouth-watering dishes. Begin your culinary journey by exploring a variety of appetisers, such as the Salad Bar, Ulam-Ulaman Desa, Asian Fruit Pickles, and more.
The Japanese Station will have all your cravings for Maki Rolls, Sushi, Tamago, and Unagi, among others. Somewhere in between, you’ll want to enjoy the special Mandi Rice Station, featuring slow-cooked tender lamb with an assortment of condiments.
Make a visit to the Birria Tacos Station, which consists of Birria-style pulled beef with melted mozzarella cheese.
Feast with the eyes as chefs prepare a la minute dish from the Wok and Pasta station. If you prefer international flavours, take your pick of the specially prepared Chinese, Western, and Indian delicacies to satisfy your craving. The endless desserts, such as a variety of Kuih, Cendol, Mango Pudding, Pandan Layer Cake, Teh Tarik Flan, assorted cookies, and cakes, are palate pleasers. Complement your meal with hot and cold beverages from the buffet line.
The Rentak Selera Buffet Dinner is available from 14th March to 9th April 2024, at Sessions, the all-day dining restaurant at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast. The dinner is priced at RM148nett per adult and RM74nett for children (6 to 12 years old) and senior citizens (65 years old and above). Group bookings of a minimum of 30 people will enjoy a 10% discount.
An early bird promotion is currently available until the 10th of March 2024 at RM128nett per adult while, children and senior citizens’ are priced at RM64nett per person. Thereafter, get a free buffet dinner for one person when you book for 10 people.
