Striving to spread its mission to Change The World, One Book At A Time, BBWB is now gearing up for the start of The Big Bad Box Sale happening from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, at Lotus’s Desa Tebrau, from the 23rd of March until the 3rd of April 2022.
For twelve days, visitors to The Big Bad Box Sale can look forward to one of the most anticipated The Big Bad Box Sale – ALL YOU CAN READ whereby customers will have the opportunity for an incredibly fun and affordable book-shopping experience. Customers will be required to select and purchase either a “small” or a “big” box and fit in as many of their favourite books into the box. The small-sized box will be available at a price of RM99.90 while the big-sized box will be available for only RM119.90. Should customers want to opt to have both sizes, they will only have to pay at a discounted price of RM199.90. After successfully obtaining the box at the cashier counter, customers may proceed to shop and be greeted by a sea of books from various genres ranging from fiction and non-fiction for all ages that are bound to be discovered and brought home, from Wolf’s den.
The Big Bad Box Sale – ALL YOU CAN READ is part of Big Bad Wolf Books’ 2022 reading campaign which aims to cultivate reading habits among Malaysians by offering books at affordable prices and making them accessible to all. The idea of choosing the first book to put into the box will potentially lead a customer to eventually fill their box with various types of books with what inspires them the most. The reading campaign is part of the Company’s mission to continue to encourage people to pick up a book or two either for themself, for their friends or family and to empower them with knowledge. Big Bad Wolf Books is focused on creating a new generation of readers and increasing English literacy.
In addition to this, BBWBs’ partner and local Malaysian distributor, Kualiti Books, will also be bringing in an array of educational and entertainment Malay-language book titles from IMAN Shoppe, Pelangi, PTS, Pustaka Azhar, Sasbasi, The Patriots and many more. However, Kualiti Books will be excluded from the ALL YOU CAN READ Box Deals, but customers will still be able to enjoy other deals ranging from as low as RM2.
Moreover, Lotus’s customers who spend a minimum of RM99.90 on a single receipt at The Big Bad Box Sale will also be entitled to a 5% off discount on the total purchase. To redeem the discount, customers will only be required to flash a receipt of any value from Lotus’s supermarket.
