The inaugural Educational Leadership Summit 2021 (EdLeadS 2021) hosted by EduCity Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd (‘EduCity Iskandar’) has commenced from the 11th of January and will go on until 11th of February 2021.
EdLeadS 2021 will be conducted in ten (10) webinar series for student leaders from higher education institutions (HEIs) under the theme of ‘Leadership Exploration and Growth (L.E.A.D)’ where 2,000 participants is anticipated from local and international HEIs from neighbouring countries such as Indonesia, Singapore to Middle East countries like Saudi Arabia, Libya, United Arab Emirates.
Wan Ahmad Saifuddin Wan Ahmad Radzi, Managing Director of EduCity Iskandar, said “EdLeadS 2021 is a free virtual webinar that provides as a platform for emerging generations of future leaders to develop crucial knowledge, values and skills through the sharing of experience from world-class sports-related individuals and industry leaders.”
As part of the EduCity 2.0 plan, Wan Ahmad said that partnering with foreign entities such as Sensible Soccer is an ambitious plan of the city of education to introduce more invaluable material for students of EduCity.
International speakers such as Mike Phelan, Manchester United Director & Chairman of Sensible Soccer / Assistant Manager, David Horrocks, Sensible Soccer Director, and influential speakers from Lenovo, Maybank, and many more are among the presenters. Participants will be able to engage with the speakers through a Q&A session, post a presentation session, and win prizes and awards along the way.
