Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru (PMJB), one of the shopping centres managed by WCT Malls Management Sdn. Bhd (WCT Malls), has launched the “The Ultimate Reward” campaign in an ongoing effort to increase foot traffic and revenue at the mall. This initiative aims to benefit both domestic and foreign shoppers.
“We, at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, are constantly evolving and experimenting with interesting ways of organising events, promotions, and activities, especially during this endemic period. The Ultimate Reward consists a series of campaigns including Hotel Guests Reward, WCT Buddy Kids Reward, Tourist Reward (in collaboration with Starbucks), and Tourist Privilege Scheme,” said Selena Chua, Chief Executive Officer – WCT Malls Management, adding that they are confident that the retail business will progressively improve over the months to come.
To hype up the ultimate reward, they have partnered with New York Hotel, Citrus Hotel, Amari Hotel, Amerin Hotel, Thistle Hotel, Millesime Hotel, Granada Hotel, and Holiday Inn Hotel, where shopping vouchers would be given to hotel guests when they present participating hotel key card (applicable to both domestic and international travellers). The effective date will be from the 1st June 2023 to the 30th of September 2023.
To further amplify WCT Malls’ on going loyalty programme – WCT Buddy Apps functionality, WCT Buddy Kids will be introduced on 26 May to bring in extra perks to buddy members and their kids. Meanwhile, Starbucks will reward international tourists who spend RM500 and above in two (2) combined same-date receipts with a complimentary Starbucks tall-sized drink worth RM16.45. This is ongoing until the 30th of September 2023.
Furthermore, there will be a special tourist privilege for international tourist to select PMJB as priority choice of shopping destination while they can enjoy additional shopping perks at PMJB. Tenant’s cash vouchers worth RM50 will also be rewarded to international shoppers. The giveaway is available at the ground (redeemable at Concierge Counter, Level UG), and online (Paradigm Mall JB Facebook page & I Lurve Paradigm Mall JB Facebook page). This is also ongoing until the 30th of September 2023.
