Chicken Delight Restaurant which was founded in 1981, just opened its Chicken Delight Seri Austin which is the third outlet in Johor Bahru. The opening of the new outlet comes as part of the restaurant’s expansion which has outlets in Mersing, Muar, Batu Pahat, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur.
The latest outlet, operated by W Dynasty Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is nestled at 9, Jalan Seri Austin 3/54, Taman Seri Austin, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor neighbouring two grocery stores (99 SpeedMart & One Family Supermarket), a 7 Eleven convenient store, SHELL petrol station (in Progress) and many other booming retail shops.
The new Chicken Delight Seri Austin offers Johoreans and residents the opportunity to sample their signature fried spring chicken, delicious fried chicken combo, nasi lemak, and more.
The restaurant is the first Chicken Delight outlet in Johor Bahru running purely on a fast-food concept and offers free WiFi for its patrons. Parking is ample and the restaurant can cater to around 40 people at any given seating.
“We want our customers to enjoy a healthy and delicious meal with their families. With that in mind, we put a lot of emphasis on the cleanliness, quality and freshness of the ingredients. The experience of dining-in at Chicken Delight Seri Austin must truly be delightful,” said outlet owner KK Wong.
“Creating job opportunities for locals is a priority and we currently have 9 staff who are local Johoreans,” added KK Wong.
Crispy and juicy fried chicken is Chicken Delight’s signature product. Their tagline, “Delight Your Sense” provides the sense of delivering the great taste of crispy and juicy fried chicken to their valued customer. Moreover, they also package different types of value meals to cater to different segments of customers in terms of providing better value.
“The best business models are always the simplest,” said founder, Jackson Tay who officiated the latest Chicken Delight outlet at Seri Austin.
Chicken Delight Seri Austin is available on foodpanda and other food delivery platforms. Walk-in customers may drop by anytime between 11 am – 9 pm (every day – except Tuesdays).
